Forming a Single Crust:
Get a head start on your pie project with Grand Central Bakery U-Bake Pie Crusts. They come two to a roll. It is easy to use them in any 9 or 10-inch pie tin you have at home. Follow these easy step-by-step instructions. After forming the pie shell, follow our blind baking instructions.

1) Unroll your U-Bake Pie Crusts:
2) Make a few passes with a rolling pin to limber up the chilled dough:

3) Lightly press the pie dough and fit it into the baking pan:
4) Fold edge over by tucking the sides into the pan:

5) There are many ways to crimp a pie, I use my thumb and forefinger of my right hand and the forefinger of my left hand. Use the lip of the pie pan to support the crust:

6) Chill finished crust for 10 minutes in the freezer or at least 30 minutes in the fridge before following instructions for Blind Baking:
