Fresh Baked Bread

Grand Central Bread tastes best freshly baked, so don’t hesitate to eat it immediately!

Storing Grand Central Bread – Our bread will keep best stored in a paper bag in a drawer, on the counter, or in your pantry.  We recommend that don’t refrigerate Grand Central bread as it dries out the crumb.

Refreshing Bread – If your loaf has lost its crisp crust just sprinkle it with water and put it in a 375 degree oven for 5-10 minutes

Freezing Bread – There’s no need to waste any part of your Grand Central loaf since it freezes and refreshes beautifully.  If you want to keep your loaf more than a couple of days, put it in a tight-fitting plastic bag in the freezer for up to 2 months.  You can enjoy the crisp crust of a freshly baked loaf by refreshing your frozen bread using the instructions above after thawing it at room temperature.
