Everything we serve starts with the wonderful products we get each day from local growers.
We buy produce and meat, fish and eggs from sustainable Northwest farms and fisheries, working directly with people we know and trust.
Our meat comes from producers who have clean, humane, verifiable production methods and full transparency in their supply chains. We insist that their animals have never, ever been administered sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
Even our bread has local roots: We use only local, stone-ground whole wheat flour from Camas Country Mill and unbleached white flour from Shepherd’s Grain and Rogers Foods, sustainably grown in the Northwest.
Grand Central Bakery is on the Good Food 100 list of restaurants, an annual list of U.S. restaurants that are transparent with their purchasing practices and helping to build a better food system.
